Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer the following shipping methods, with delivery times depending on your location:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery address and the selected shipping method at checkout. We offer Free Shipping on orders over Rs. 1999/-.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Fees and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply to international shipments; these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the shipment has been processed.

Shipping Issues and Restrictions

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.
