Valli’s Kitchen allows order cancellations and refunds for defective or incorrect items, aligning with standard e-commerce practices for perishable food products.

Order Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placement by emailing kitchenvallis1@gmail.com or calling +91 91215 60770. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

For defective or incorrect items, you may request a full refund or a replacement within 7 days of delivery. This requires photo verification of the issue. Once approved, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Returns Process

Returns are accepted only for unopened products in their original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. To initiate a return, please email us with your order number. Replacement items typically ship within 5-7 business days.

Payment Terms

Please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid securely via Razorpay, Stripe, or PhonePe.
